Serviceware SE: Serviceware SE successfully continues expansion in North America and signs service agreement with US food group

Idstein, 5 February 2025 Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) continues to consistently implement its internationalization strategy and is achieving great success in this regard. In North America, Serviceware has now closed its first deal as a result of its partnership with the Maryville Consulting Group ("Maryville"). A leading US food corporation with sales in the billion US dollar range has decided to use the Serviceware ESM platform with the Serviceware Financial and Serviceware Performance modules for IT cost management. An SaaS contract has been signed with the corporation for an initial period of three years.

Serviceware has recently significantly expanded its sales activities as part of its expansion in North America, the largest software market in the world. In May 2024, a partnership was entered into with the leading consulting firm Maryville Consulting in the area of IT financial management. The partnership combines Serviceware's software solution for IT cost management with Maryville's expertise and outstanding market insights in areas such as digital transformation and technology business management. The interconnection of the range of services offered by Serviceware with those of Maryville and a broad product portfolio enable companies to achieve significant added value, which they can use to further enhance their competitiveness. Since the cooperation with Maryville, Serviceware's visibility in the US and Canada has increased significantly and good progress has been made in building a sales pipeline from which this new customer has now been acquired.
