Erste Group Bank AG: Change in number of voting rights and share capital

Vienna (pta005/30.12.2024/10:30) - Erste Group Bank AG hereby informs pursuant to section 135 para 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG) that as of the end of the month of December 2024 the total number of voting rights in Erste Group Bank AG amounts to a total of 410,514,384 voting rights and the company's share capital now amounts to EUR 821,028,768.

The change in the number of voting rights and the share capital resulting from the cancellation of a total of 10,398,524 own shares has been in effect since 17 December 2024.
