Zeitfracht Logistik Holding GmbH: Early redemption of the notes of the 2021/2026 Bond (ISIN: DE000A3H3JC5, WKN: A3H3JC)

Potsdam (pta018/13.02.2025/13:45) - Potsdam, 13 February 2025 : The management of Zeitfracht Logistik Holding GmbH (" Issuer ") has decided today to redeem all outstanding notes of the 2021/2026 Bond (ISIN: DE000A3H3JC5, WKN: A3H3JC) in an aggregate nominal amount of EUR 30,500,000.00 in compliance with the minimum notice period pursuant to section 5(2)(a) of the terms and conditions as of 17 March 2025 ( "Call Redemption Date ").

The 2021/2026 Bond will be redeemed in full on the Call Redemption Date at the redemption amount of 101.00% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to (but excluding) the Call Redemption Date.

The termination will be announced to the holders of the 2021/2026 Bond on the Issuer's website ( https://kolibri-anleihe.zeitfracht-gruppe.de ) and in the Federal Gazette in accordance with section 16 of the terms and conditions.
