Bloxolid AG: Identity theft by third parties

Zug (pta022/15.11.2024/13:45) - The Board of Directors was made aware today by third parties that Bloxolid AG may have been the victim of a fraudulent identity theft.

A company called 'Globus Investments AG' may be offering unauthorised financial services via the internet. Bloxolid AG is named as the domain owner. This ownership is false and the domain was apparently obtained by third parties using false information and fraudulent indentity. Bloxolid AG and its subsidiary do not conduct any financial business and do not offer any financial services.

The Board of Directors of Bloxolid AG will take legal action against the company and the persons involved.

Bloxolid AG has informed the supervisory authorities in Switzerland and Germany about the incident.
