NAVSTONE SE: Publication of financial figures for fiscal year 2023

Eindhoven (pta025/12.11.2024/17:07) - Eindhoven, 12 November 2024 - NAVSTONE SE (ISIN NL0009538008 / WKN A1CUJD) publishes financial figures for the fiscal year 2023.

NAVSTONE SE generated revenue of EUR 1.3 million in 2023 financial year (previous year: EUR 0.6 million) and finalized the financial year with a net loss of EUR -0.4 million (previous year: EUR 0.1 million). The result is characterized by the impairment of project financing in the amount of € 1.0 million.

Group equity amounts to EUR 15.7 million as of the balance sheet date 31 December 2023, compared to EUR 16.0 million in the previous year. With an equity ratio of around 88 percent, NAVSTONE SE has a very solid equity base. Liquidity including securities amounted to EUR 0.9 million on the balance sheet date (previous year EUR 1.3 million). Real Estate assets increased to euro 15.7 million by end of 2023 compared to euro 15.1 million at 31.12.2022.
