S IMMO AG: Successful hotel sale in Prague

Wien (pta023/31.10.2024/12:56) - As part of its prudent investment strategy, S IMMO has once again successfully completed a sale. The Julis Hotel in Prague, with a total leasable area of around 6,700 m², was sold to a Czech investor in the form of a share deal. The mixed-use property is located in the very centre of the city and comprises around 3,700 m² of hotel space, around 1,500 m² of retail space and around 1,500 m² for a fitness centre.
