This expert opinion is based, among other things, on inflation protection through real estate, attractive rental growth, a high fundamental supply shortage (the most important factor!), real estate prices that have already fallen in real terms and relaxation of the interest rates.

After a thorough and careful exploration of the market, the company is entering the active project implementation phase of investments in land based on the reasonable price level and under our credo 'SAFE - FAST - PROFITABLE'.

The recoverability of very well realisable land in prime locations is still considered to be the safest and most consistent investment for our investors.
