Zumtobel Group AG: Supervisory Board extends contract of CEO Alfred Felder again

Dornbirn (pta007/11.10.2024/10:00) - The Supervisory Board of the Zumtobel Group has extended the contract of Chief Executive Officer Alfred Felder (61), which is due to expire as of 31 July 2025, until 30 September 2027. With the repeated renewal of his contract, the Supervisory Board focuses on continuity in the Management Board of the Zumtobel Group and recognises the achievements of Alfred Felder, who has navigated the company through difficult times. On 1 February 2018, Alfred Felder took over the role of Acting President of the Management Board; on 8 June 2018, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

"With the extension of Alfred Felder's contract, we ensure that the initiatives taken for a strategically sustainable and profitable orientation will be supported and provide for continuity in the company's leadership," Karin Zumtobel-Chammah , Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Zumtobel Group AG , emphasises.

Alfred Felder confirms, "I greatly appreciate that the Supervisory Board continues to place their trust in me. Together with my Management Board colleagues I will do everything to position the company for a sustainably successful future."
