S IMMO AG: Successful sales in Vienna

Wien (pta012/30.09.2024/10:00) - S IMMO is pursuing a prudent investment strategy and has recently announced that it will gradually streamline its portfolio, particularly with regard to small and medium-sized office properties with limited development potential. In this context, S IMMO has now successfully sold two office properties in Vienna to an Austrian investor. One property is located in Mariahilfer Straße in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna West railway station (Westbahnhof) and has a gross leasable area of around 4,300 m². The second property comprises around 7,500 m² of gross leasable area in Gasgasse in Vienna's 15th district and is also located near Westbahnhof. Both buildings are almost fully let.

Tomáš Salajka, member of S IMMO's Management Board, comments: "The sales are in line with our ongoing portfolio optimisation and create the basis for our future earnings."
