BENO Holding AG: audited figures for the 2023 financial yearMunich, September 18, 2024 (pta011/24.09.2024/09:45) - BENO Holding AG (ISIN: DE000A11QLP3), a specialized portfolio holder and asset manager with a focus on light industrial properties, can confirm the business figures reported for the past financial year 2023. Consolidated revenue increased by 9% to EUR 9.7 million (previous year: EUR 8.9 million). Consolidated net income (EAT) amounted to EUR 5.4 million as at the reporting date (previous year: EUR 2.9 million). The value of BENO Holding AG's real estate portfolio increased by 5% to EUR 84.0 million in the reporting year (previous year: EUR 80.0 million). This increase is due to the exercise of a purchase option and the completion of major modernization projects. Cash and cash equivalents amounted to EUR 4.9 million as at the reporting date (previous year: EUR 6.7 million). The company's equity increased by 25.6% to around EUR 26 million (previous year: EUR 20.7 million), while the equity ratio also rose to 27.6% (previous year: 22.9%). Michael Bussmann, CEO of BENO Holding AG, comments: "The restructuring measures initiated in the previous year have produced positive effects in all areas of the company. Our focus this year on optimizing the portfolio and the measures adapted to current economic requirements have made a significant contribution to the Group's positive development."
