7C Solarparken AG: The management board resolves not to propose a dividend for the financial year 2024

Bayreuth (pta037/23.09.2024/21:00) - The guidance for cash flow per share as it was communicated on July, 1st 2024 remains unchanged at EUR 0.43 per share. As a result, the management board has resolved today that it will not propose a dividend on the next general meeting 2025, as the current guidance calculation for cash flow per share for the financial year 2024 fails to meet the hurdle of EUR 0.50 per share.
