Südzucker AG: Südzucker raises dividend to EUR 0.90 per share

Mannheim (pta030/18.07.2024/15:35) - On 18 July 2024, shareholders at the virtual annual general meeting of Südzucker AG voted in favor of the supervisory and executive boards' recommendation to pay a dividend of EUR 0.90 (previous year: 0.70) per share. Based on 204.1 million issued shares in circulation, the total dividend distribution will be EUR 184 (previous year: 143) million.

Again the annual general meeting was held in virtual form. According to preliminary evaluation, a total of 325 (previous year: over 360) shareholders and guests followed the broadcast.
