Serviceware SE: General Meeting approves all agenda items with a large majority

Idstein, 17 May 2024. Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) reports on a successful General Meeting held virtually. The shareholders of the company approved all agenda items with a large majority of more than 90.2 percent of the votes. 80.1 percent of the share capital was represented at the General Meeting.
