Notification of Holdings

With reference to the voting rights notification of Mr. Timothy Nuy pursuant to Sections 33 et seq. WpHG, dated March 7, 2024, regarding a share of voting rights of 68.37% held indirectly via Rostra Holdings Pte. Ltd., Timothy Nuy and Rostra Holdings Pte. Ltd. (together with Timothy Nuy the "Notifying Parties"), additionally notify the following pursuant to Section 43 para. 1 WpHG:

1. The investment with regard to the acquisition of voting rights in Decheng Technology AG serves the realisation of strategic objectives/achievement of trading profits.
2. Rostra Holdings Pte. Ltd. (and thus indirectly the other notifying party) intends to acquire further voting rights as a result of a takeover bid. In addition, the Notifying Parties do not currently intend to acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months by purchase or otherwise.
3. The Notifying Parties intend to influence the composition of the management, administrative or supervisory bodies of Decheng Technology AG.
4. The Notifying Parties intend to significantly change the capital structure of Decheng Technology AG, in particular with regard to the ratio between equity and debt capital as well as the dividend policy.
5. The acquisition of the voting rights has been made by Rostra Holdings Pte. Ltd., an entity which is controlled by Mr. Timothy Nuy as ultimate beneficial owner, using own funds.
