7C Solarparken AG: Management Board to propose a cash dividend of EUR 0.06 per share

Bayreuth (pta009/27.03.2024/10:50) - Today 7C Solarparken AG will publish its Group and Statutory Financial Statements for the financial year 2023. The Management Board of 7C Solarparken AG, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, has further resolved today on its proposal for the profit distribution for the financial year 2023. Therefore, it is envisaged to propose to the Annual General Meeting of the company to pay out a reduced dividend of EUR 0.06 per share, which is 50% of the dividend of EUR 0.12 per dividend-bearing share, as resolved by the Annual General Meeting of June, 12th 2023. This decision should be interpreted in the context of the share buy-back program 2023, which resulted in a volume of EUR 5.6m (corresponding to ca. EUR 0.07 per share) having been spent. The Management Board is of the view that a share buy-back is economically comparable to a dividend pay-out in the corresponding amount.
