MDF Property Performance AG: Bond issue

Holzkirchen (pta023/13.03.2024/17:35) - MDF Property Performance AG (www.mdfppag.com), a property development company focused on lucrative areas of European residential property in prime locations, launched its first corporate bond on Frankfurt Exchange on March 12, 2024. The issue volume of up to EUR 250 million is aimed at qualified and institutional investors focusing on real estate related investments in prime locations. The 5 year bond pays a 6.125% coupon annually.

In response to changes in framework conditions, both in terms of financing and increased property developer risk, MDF Property Performance AG is implementing an innovative approach that is not only more profitable, but also optimally safeguards the resources utilized. "Property Performance" is based on secure, fast and profitable property developments exclusively up to the start of construction and following locations of strategic investments of blue chip companies in Europe.
