NAVSTONE SE: Update on the current business development in year 2023

Eindhoven (pta040/19.12.2023/18:06) - Eindhoven, 19 December 2023 - NAVSTONE SE, listed in the m:access segment of the Munich Stock Exchange (ISIN NL0009538008 / WKN A1CUJD) reports on the current business development in year 2023.

NAVSTONE SE also performed well in the second half year of 2023. The expansion of the real estate portfolio in Dublin was completed. All lettings were concluded following the scheduled completion of the renovation work. The total value of the portfolio, which now comprises 9 properties, is around EUR 15.2 million. The annualized rental income from all properties amounts to more than € 1.4 million.

The refinancing of the existing real estate portfolio and the associated expansion of the real estate portfolio to around EUR 25 million is currently not being implemented due to the current market conditions and may be pursued again at a later date.

The delayed repayment of the project financing was partly repaid in December 2023. NAVSTONE SE is planning a positive result for the full year 2023.
