Korneuburg (pta019/30.11.2023/10:00) - Marinomed Biotech AG hereby announces that due to the exercise of the convertible bond with Nice & Green the total number of voting rights at the end of November 2023 has increased to 1,523,833 and the Company's new stated capital amounts to EUR 1,523,833. The change of total voting rights has been effective since November 21, 2023.
