Munich (pta023/06.11.2023/12:40) - ONE TOUCH FOOTBALL AG (OTF) is initiating its next developmental stage. The holding company specialising in football clubs is sourcing the equity market for another round of investors and has hired ICF BANK AG.

OTF is a market-listed corporation headquartered in Munich, Germany. OTF aims to invest in European football clubs and aid them in their further development. OTF collaborates with the clubs to improve their performance and processes in all relevant areas of operations. The collaboration is based on the principle of shared values, particularly diversity and sustainability.

Since starting its operations in July 2023, OTF has established a promising pipeline of European clubs for its investment business. Therefore, OTF is currently looking into raising further funding. OTF considers a capital increase against cash contributions, excluding shareholders' subscription rights. The final decision will be taken based on the investors' feedback, as well as the current market environment.

ICF BANK AG, one of the leading stock institutes in Germany, has been hired for market sounding and management roadshow. The bank advises market-listed companies, particularly regarding equity and leveraged financing.
