ERWE Immobilien AG: Publication of the consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2022 after resolution of the bondholders

Frankfurt (pta009/30.06.2023/08:39) - Frankfurt am Main, 30 June 2023. ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M., announces that it is once again postponing the publication of the consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2022, which was scheduled for the end of June 2023 .

The main reason for this is the still pending result of the creditors' meeting (and possible further creditors' meetings) scheduled for 29 June to 2 July, which has to decide on a comprehensive financial restructuring of the company. The resolution for a restructuring is an important prerequisite for an audit certificate as well as for a sustainable development of ERWE Immobilien AG.

The Company plans to publish the consolidated financial statements following a resolution of the creditors' meeting. Once this has been done, the Company will also announce a new date for the Annual General Meeting.

ERWE Immobilien AG focuses on building up a profitable portfolio of mixed-use properties in the office, service, retail, hotel and residential sectors. Preferred locations are promising inner-city locations in major German cities and in exclusively "A" locations in smaller cities and municipalities. Properties are acquired whose potential for value appreciation can be sustainably exploited through new utilisation concepts, resulting in a high-yield, value-retaining portfolio with significantly rising income. The company is listed in the Scale Segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN: DE000A1X3WX6).
