ERWE Immobilien AG: ERWE Immobilien AG postpones publication of the financial statements for the fiscal year 2022 until the end of June

Frankfurt (pta036/30.05.2023/16:32) - Frankfurt am Main, 30 May 2023. ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M., announces that the publication of the consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2022, scheduled for 31 May 2023, will be postponed once again. The reasons for this are the ongoing financing negotiations and the audit work still to be finalised.

The company expects to publish the consolidated financial statements at the end of June. As soon as the consolidated financial statements have been certified, the company will also announce a new date for the Annual General Meeting.

ERWE Immobilien AG focuses on building up a profitable portfolio of mixed-use properties in the office, service, retail, hotel and residential sectors.
