Creactives Group SpA: Preliminary review of KPIs related to the semester and announcement beginning of the coverage for the title

(" Creactives Group " or the " Company ") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG ), an international company that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, announces that the Board of Directors of the Company, which met yesterday, reviewed the unaudited preliminary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the six-month period ending December 31, 2022.

Key issues are:

* Value of Production, which amounts to € 2,88 million, up 17 % from December 31, 2021 (€ 2,46 million).
* "Annual Recurrent Revenues" (ARR), which amount to € 4,39 million, up 42% from December 31, 2021 (€ 3,09 million).
* The Net Financial Position, which passed from € 0,39 million (June 30, 2022) to € 1,74 million (December 31, 2022); the result is strongly influenced by the marked reduction in the use of non-recourse factoring by about € 1 million.

Overall, therefore, the preliminary figures confirm the Company's positive growth trend.
