Berlin (pta023/21.09.2021/15:30) - Liquidator and supervisory board today passed resolutions to hold the company's annual general meeting on November 4, 2021, in Frankfurt upon Main. One item on the agenda shall be the vote on the continuation of the company (sec. 274 Stock Corporation Act), which would terminate the liquidation process (secs. 264 ff. Stock Corporation Act) and would mean resuming ordinary business operations. The general meeting shall be held virtually.
