OHB SE: Share-buyback

Bremen (pta028/06.09.2021/17:15) - OHB SE acquired a total of 2,900 treasury shares at a price of EUR 113,555.70 in the period from August 30 to September 3, 2021 as part of its buyback program launched on June 25, 2021. In total, OHB SE has so far acquired 46,100 own shares in the frame of the programme.

On August 30, 100 shares were acquired at a total price of EUR 3,965.00 (average unit price: EUR 39.6500), on August 31, 1,000 shares were acquired at a total price of EUR 39,063.20 (average unit price: EUR 39,0632), on September 1, 600 shares were acquired at a total price of EUR 23,400.00 (average unit price: EUR 39.0000), on September 2, 800 shares were acquired at a total price of EUR 31,497.50 (average unit price: EUR 39,3719), on September 3, 400 shares were acquired at a total price of EUR 15,630.00 (average unit price: EUR 39.0750).
