Que Zhinin presents his art in the European art metropolis Barcelona as a finalist of the ARTBOX.PROJECT

Zurich/Barcelona (ptp050/20.04.2021/18:00) - The artist Que Zhinin will exhibit one of his artworks as a finalist of the ARTBOX.PROJECT from 2 to 7 may 2021 in Barcelona. The work in Urban Art Style, which he will exhibit as a high quality print, overpainted with Posca markers and originally signed, will be shown together with the creations of numerous other artists in a prestigious gallery near the world-famous "Arc de Triomf". The exhibition will be an interesting mix of digitally and originally presented artworks.

Que Zhinin's art reflects new dimensions in Urban art. In his projects, he creatively explores the diverse aspects of this art form and he uses his artistic skills to get to the bottom of the idea of urban consciousness. In his latest works, one of which can be seen in Barcelona, he dedicates himself mainly to colorful cut-out characters made of cardboard or PVC panels. The cutouts have unmistakable animal features, but thanks to their bizarre presentation they cannot be assigned to anything familiar. With acrylic markers in pure colours he decorates the artworks in neo-pointillist style, giving them their vivid appearance. With these works he enters new artistic territory without losing his original urban essence.

Que Zhinin's artworks have been presented in various art exhibitions in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America and can be found in private collections around the globe. His training has taken him to various corners of the world, including Ecuador, Israel and Switzerland.

In addition to his artwork, his newly published art catalogue can be viewed exclusively in Barcelona. The ARTBOX.PROJECT Barcelona 1.0 will take place from 2 to 7 may 2021 in the Valid World Hall at the Buenaventura Muñoz 6 in Barcelona. The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
