TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG: Cancellation of the merger with UAC Holding GmbH
Koblenz (pta035/04.03.2021/13:30) - The board of TCU AG and the management of UAC Holding GmbH have jointly decided today not to carry out the planned merger of UAC Holding GmbH into TCU AG. Due to the reorientation of TCU AG after the loss of the former main customer and due to changes in the financial framework conditions at UAC Holding GmbH, a merger of the two companies is no longer reasonable from today's point of view.
Both companies wish each other success in their future business activities.
