alstria office REIT-AG: Dividend proposal of EUR 0.52 (plus EUR 0.01 "green dividend) for the financial year 2019

Hamburg, August 10, 2020 (pta028/10.08.2020/18:40) - The management board of alstria office REIT-AG has resolved today to propose to the annual general meeting a dividend of EUR 0.52 (plus EUR 0.01 "green dividend") per share for the financial year 2019. The AGM will be held on September 29, 2020 as a virtual meeting without the physical presence of the shareholders.
