In the period from August 9 - 12, 2019, S&T AG acquired a total of 53.075 shares under the share buyback ('Share buyback program II 2019') announced on July 22, 2019 in accordance with Art. 2 Para. 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The total number of shares repurchased, the weighted average price and the aggregated volume for the period per day amounted to:

The total number of shares repurchased since July 22, 2019 amounts to 398.499 shares.

The shares were repurchased by a bank commissioned by S&T AG exclusively via Xetra trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
