a.i.s. AG: Interim report / quarterly report for 14.05.15

Birkenau (pta001/14.05.2015/19:30) - During first quarter 2015, the a.i.s. AG can achieve success through its partners in the field of environmental technology. The in recent years initiated project in Poland and now, based on further development partner prepared projects in southern states, we react increasingly the demand for "green and gray energy", generally the energy from residues.
Further approaches for financing such projects are under consideration to support those project are under consideration. The a.i.s. AG was active in the first quarter in the gas sector with market activities. Revenues are still pending. The company follows the alignment shown on the shareholders meeting 2013.

The a.i.s. AG recorded no sales in the first quarter. Thus, the company has made further losses of T Eur 43,28. Costs include administrative and sales expenses. The continuation of the activities in the commodity market is not expected before end 2015 which first new trade relations and a stronger financial base be established as a basis.

The a.i.s. AG has thus more focused in the last reporting period its activities on project development, without neglecting the energy sector. This increasingly conditioned by progress in the capitalization of the major project of our partner in Eastern Europe

The company is also active in commodity and energy trading.
