a.i.s. AG: Interim Report for 16/11/14 - 3rd quarter

Birkenau, (pta001/16.11.2014/18:42) - In the third quarter the announced legislative changes have enhanced structural effects in the commodity intermediary trade. Due to these changes the company could not perform on the commodity market while the company hasn ` t realized revenues. The result will deteriorate by more 33,4T Eur. The continuation of the activities in the commodity market is not expected before 2015 which first new trading relationships and a stronger financial base are required.

The company has assist in the preparation of the project work of our partner. Due to the political developments in Central and Eastern Europe the increasing demand on the energy market is expected, in particular gas. Therefore, the company specializes in this area and expects next year to build its position. Relations with a partner abroad have been engaged, further approaches and contacts are in preparation. The success is also likely to still depend on the implemented capital measures whereby no short-term forecasts are possible.

The a.i.s. AG has therefore directed more strongly in the last reporting period its activities in the energy sector and invests in market activities. As part of the capitalization, however, we expect that the company has to go challenging new ways.

The company supports technical process of technology partners from its network with which a stable eco-friendly energy supply for communities and small industries is ensured. The company is also active in commodity and energy trading.
